Metamorfosis Retreat – Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement
   By registering for the Metamorfosis Retreat, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to honor the retreat guidelines established by the organizers, Dora Moreinis and Sianna Sherman.
2. Payment
   All payments must be completed before the start of the retreat. Your spot is confirmed once payment has been received.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   All sales are final. Because this is a limited-capacity retreat and significant arrangements are made in advance, no refunds will be issued for cancellations for any reason, including illness, travel delays, or changes in personal circumstances.
   You may, however, transfer your spot to another person if you are unable to attend, provided you notify us in writing and the new participant completes the registration process before the retreat begins.
4. Travel & Logistics
   Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location in Minca, Colombia, including flights, ground transportation, and any required travel documents such as passports or visas.
5. Health & Wellbeing
   Each participant is responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during the retreat.
   Please consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have any medical condition that may affect your participation.
   By joining the retreat, you acknowledge that yoga and wellness practices involve physical activity, and you agree to participate mindfully and at your own pace.
6. Liability Waiver
   By participating in the Metamorfosis Retreat, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of your participation in all retreat activities.
   You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Dora Moreinis, Sianna Sherman, and all associated staff and facilitators from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of participation in the retreat, including travel to and from the event.
   You understand that your participation is entirely at your own discretion and that you are responsible for your own health, safety, and personal belongings throughout the retreat.
7. Personal Conduct
   Participants agree to act with respect toward the retreat leaders, staff, and fellow attendees. Any behavior that disrupts the harmony of the group may result in being asked to leave the retreat without refund.
8. Photography & Media
   Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for documentation and promotional purposes.
   By attending, you grant permission for your image to be used in marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing before the retreat begins.
9. Force Majeure
   The organizers are not responsible for changes, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including weather, natural events, or travel restrictions.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The United States of America.
